Christopher A. O'Brien graduated cum laude from the University of Tampa John H. Sykes College of Business in 2011 where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Economics and was a captain of the men's soccer team. Mr. O'Brien graduated law school cum laude from Pace University School of Law in 2014 where he was the student director of the advocacy program's mock trial team and competed across the U.S. and Puerto Rico in various criminal and civil competitions.

Following law school, Mr. O'Brien was an associate attorney for a Manhattan law firm where his practice focused on the defense of medical institutions and physicians in malpractice suits in state and federal courts.

Currently, Mr. O'Brien's practice focuses on the representation of clients in matters arising under the Longshore and Harbor Workers' Compensation Act and Defense Base Act and in proceedings brought pursuant to the War Hazards Compensation Act, including the resolution of matters before administrative tribunals and federal courts.

He is admitted to practice in New York and also before the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern District of New York.
