Robert N. Dengler, a partner of the firm, handles matters arising in a wide range of practice areas, including: claims under the Longshore and Harbor Workers' Compensation Act, the Defense Base Act, the War Hazards Compensation Act and the Jones Act; commercial litigation; labor and employment litigation; estate litigation; insurance coverage and insurance defense litigation; and corporate shareholder litigation.

Mr. Dengler is admitted to practice before the state and federal courts of New York and New Jersey, including the United States Courts of Appeals for the Second and Third Circuits.

Mr. Dengler received his undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame in 1991, and in 1996 graduated with honors from Villanova University School of Law, where he was a member of the Villanova Law Review.
