Yusuf Sattar graduated from North Carolina State University in 2009, where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences. Following his undergraduate studies, he graduated from Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University in 2013, where he was an extern in the Criminal Justice Clinic, Senior Editor for a Family Law Journal and a legal intern at National Grid.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Sattar served as an Assistant District Attorney at the Kings County District Attorney's Office in Brooklyn, where he investigated and prosecuted a wide array of cases. Following his work with the Kings County District Attorney's Office, Mr. Sattar focused his practice on civil litigation in New York and New Jersey, defending personal injury and complex medical malpractice claims.

Currently, Mr. Sattar's practice focuses on the representation of clients in matters arising under the Longshore and Harbor Workers' Compensation Act and Defense Base Act and in proceedings brought pursuant to the War Hazards Compensation Act, including the resolution of matters before administrative tribunals and federal courts.

Mr. Sattar is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey.
