Stephanie C. Gorin focuses her practice on the representation of corporate clients in the defense, insurance, maritime, and construction industries in matters arising under the Longshore and Harbor Workers' Compensation Act, Defense Base Act, and War Hazards Compensation Act. Ms. Gorin also concentrates her practice on labor and employment matters.Ms. Gorin graduated from the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor in 2011, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in History, with a Minor in Crime and Justice. Following her undergraduate studies, she graduated from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where she was a judicial intern clerk for the Honorable United States Magistrate Judge Madeline Cox Arleo and a volunteer assistant attorney general at the New York State Attorney General's Office. Her note, Collective Bargaining in Rent Stabilized Buildings: How New York City's Rent Regulated Market Can Benefit from the Fundamentals of Labor Law, was published in Cardozo's Journal of Conflict Resolution. After graduating from law school, Ms. Gorin focused her practice on complex civil litigation.Ms. Gorin is admitted to practice before the state courts of New York and New Jersey.
