Nicole Duggan

Nicole M. Duggan graduated from Tulane University in 2014, where she double majored in Finance and Legal Studies in Business, and she received her Juris Doctor degree from Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University in 2017.Ms. Duggan was admitted to practice in New York in 2018 and is also admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Duggan worked as defense counsel in general liability and personal injury matters. She is a member of the New York State Bar Association and Columbian Lawyers Association, First Department.Ms. Duggan focuses her practice on the representation of clients in matters arising under the Longshore and Harbor Workers' Compensation Act and Defense Base Act and in proceedings brought pursuant to the War Hazards Compensation Act, including the resolution of matters before administrative tribunals and federal courts.
