Nicole Gaviola

Nicole Gaviola graduated from The University of Edinburgh in 2017, where she earned a Bachelor of Laws with Honors, and graduated from Emory University School of Law in 2019.Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Gaviola served as an Assistant District Attorney at the Kings County District Attorney's Office in Brooklyn, New York, where she investigated and prosecuted a wide variety of violent felony and misdemeanor cases.Currently, Ms. Gaviola focuses her practice on the representation of clients in matters arising under the Longshore and Harbor Workers' Compensation Act and Defense Base Act and in proceedings brought pursuant to the War Hazards Compensation Act, including the resolution of matters before administrative tribunals and federal courts.Ms. Gaviola is admitted to practice in New York.
