Paulina E. Lengel focuses her practice on the representation of clients in matters arising under the Longshore and Harbor Workers' Compensation Act and Defense Base Act and in proceedings brought pursuant to the War Hazards Compensation Act, including the resolution of matters before administrative tribunals and federal courts.
Ms. Lengel graduated from New York University in 2018, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Politics and History. Following her undergraduate studies, Ms. Lengel graduated from Rutgers Law School in 2022, where she was the Articles Editor of the Women’s Rights Law Reporter. After graduating law school, Ms. Lengel focused her practice on maritime law, personal injury, and professional liability litigation.
Ms. Lengel is admitted to practice law in the state courts of New York and New Jersey, the District Court of New Jersey, and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals.
