Brian M. Brantley

Brian M. Brantley graduated from Arizona State University in 2014, where he double majored in Business Management and Sustainability, and received his Juris Doctor degree from New York Law School in 2021. During law school, he was president of the Privacy Law Association and participated in the Cyberharassment Clinic, the only clinic in the country at the time dedicated to representing victims of online harassment. He also served as a legal research assistant for Ari Waldman and was acknowledged in his book, Industry Unbound.

Prior to law school, Mr. Brantley worked in the insurance field, negotiating and managing auto injury claims and adjudicating life insurance claims.

Before joining the firm, Mr. Brantley served as a law clerk to the Honorable Carl J. Landicino in the Kings County Supreme Court. He also worked as plaintiff’s counsel representing employees who faced discrimination in the workplace. He is a member of the LGBT Bar Association of New York and a contributing author of the LGBT Law Notes.

Mr. Brantley was admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey in 2022 and is also admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York, as well as the District of New Jersey.

Mr. Brantley focuses his practice on the representation of clients in matters arising under the Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act and Defense Base Act and in proceedings brought pursuant to the War Hazards Compensation Act, including the resolution of matters before administrative tribunals and federal courts.
