Manav received his undergraduate degree in Political Science from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst in 2016. Following his undergraduate studies, Mr. Gupta graduated from Jindal Global Law School in India in 2019. After graduating from law school, Mr. Gupta focused his practice on complex civil and commercial litigation in India. In 2022, Mr. Gupta returned to the United States and received his LL.M. from the University of California Berkeley Law School in 2023.
Currently, Mr. Gupta’s practice focuses on the representation of clients in matters arising under the Longshore and Harbor Workers' Compensation Act and Defense Base Act and in proceedings brought pursuant to the War Hazards Compensation Act, including the resolution of matters before administrative tribunals and federal courts.
He is admitted to practice law in the State of New York and in India.
