Hannah L. Pinto represents employers and insurance carriers in New Jersey workers’ compensation matters, with a practice focused on efficient claim resolution through early case evaluation, strategic evidentiary development, and hearing-level advocacy designed to support cost containment and consistent defense outcomes.Ms. Pinto also defends federal claims arising under the Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act, as extended by the Defense Base Act, as well as matters brought pursuant to the War Hazards Compensation Act. Her work includes representing clients before administrative tribunals and, where appropriate, in federal courts.Ms. Pinto earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Elon University in 2018 and her Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School in 2024. During law school, she served on the Rutgers Business Law Review and participated in the Education and Health Law Clinic, the Courtroom Advocates Project, and the Teacher’s Associate Program. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Pinto worked as a law clerk at a New Jersey firm concentrating on redevelopment and renewable energy matters.In addition to her workers’ compensation and federal defense practice, Ms. Pinto is available to handle commercial and employment-related litigation, particularly matters involving employer-side risk management, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution. Her background in business-focused legal analysis and litigation support allows her to approach these matters with a practical, defense-oriented perspective.Ms. Pinto is admitted to practice in New Jersey.
