Ashton Bryan represents clients in federal claims arising under the Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act, as extended by the Defense Base Act, as well as matters brought pursuant to the War Hazards Compensation Act. His work includes representing clients before administrative tribunals and, where appropriate, in federal courts.
Prior to joining FGA, Mr. Bryan practiced at a prominent securities litigation firm, where he represented institutional investors in securities fraud class actions. He earned his Juris Doctor from St. John’s University School of Law in 2024. During law school, he served as an Articles & Notes Editor for the American Bankruptcy Institute Law Review and was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society. He received his Bachelor of Science in Finance from Nova Southeastern University in 2021.
