Cody Colton focuses his practice on defending clients in civil litigation matters, including employment-related claims arising under the Defense Base Act.
Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Colton represented financial institutions in complex commercial litigation, securities matters, and government investigations. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, cum laude, from the University of California, Irvine in 2019 and received his Juris Doctor from Cornell Law School in 2023, where he served as an Articles Editor for the Cornell Journal of Law and Public Policy.
